“After hearing great things about Home At Last Parrot Sanctuary from a friend, we knew Jenni would be able to help us with rehoming our sun conure, Floyd. Jenni was very kind to give us time to consider all options before moving forward with the rehoming process. We never felt judged or rushed during the process and she provided a lot of great information based off of Floyd’s age and breed to help us. Upon the decision to move forward and bringing Floyd to Home At Last Parrot Sanctuary, we felt that we were making the best decision for him and it’s all because of the environment Jenni provides for her own birds as well as the ones she has as residents of Home At Last Parrot Sanctuary. Right away, Floyd’s demeanor was calmed by the environment, and Jenni was amazing with giving us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. After the first day, she was open with her communication with us and provided pictures to show his progress! It’s been a few months now since rehoming Floyd, and because of Jenni and her resources for her foundation, we know that Floyd will find his forever home and will be more than comfortable and cared for by Home At Last until he chooses who to go home with.”
